I'm not sure if this might actually be a tech issue, but on both my phone and PC I keep getting an error message that says I cannot be verified when I try to send some Bitcoin. I have verified my ID and phone number, so I am not sure why this is happening.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
