Funds withdrawal issue for Kazakhstan PayPal users since yesterday

I’ve been using PayPal for years and everything’s fine until all my debit cards linked to my account are not visible in funds withdrawal section and has moved to “These can’t be used for fund transfers” section. Re-linking the card won’t solve the issue

Yes seen plenty of posts about this from your fellow countrymen.

Unfortunately nothing anyone on here can do about it, your best bet is to contact customer services.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Same here. Used the same card for over a year for 15+ withdrawals. Yesterday noticed that it's not showing up as a withdrawal option. I called customer service and they said "it's because your bank is not supported sorry we can't do anything about it" but I didn't receive any explanation as to why it worked perfectly before if it's not supported lol.

Pls share if there's any info or it starts working
