Friends and Family payment has not been paid from my bank after 4 days

I sent someone a USD payment via F&F on July 2nd. The payment has not yet been debited from my bank account.

However, an auto payment for Microsoft, which was dated 3rd July on the Paypal dashboard has been debited for date July 5th from my bank account.

Is this normal ? It's now 4 days and nothing has come out. Is it the July 4th holiday that has created this delay ?

If it’s an eCheck payment, those are super slow. Just continue to ensure the funds are there. Weekends and holidays can delay it.
