As a new seller I'd like confirmation of deductions please. £300 sale then "Fees" 39.72, then "Ad fee Standard" £49.90. so sum sent to Paypal was £218.37, Is this normal?. The original post was for a set sum, later promoted, with price reduction to attract interest. Do the fees taken seem appropriate please?

Hello @Brendaphysio,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can certainly understand how fee structures can be a bit confusing. Was this for an eBay sale, a sale through another marketplace, or directly through PayPal? I would recommend reaching out to those marketplaces for a break-down of their fee structure and how it should have been charged.
Best wishes!
