Hello, I wanted to ask you for a help. If we send $1000 from the Czech republic to Florida from business transaction is there some fee?

On purchases, the seller pays the commercial transaction fee that PayPal automatically deducts upon receipt. If you’re not paying in CZK, there will be a currency conversion fee (3%) built into the exchange rate charged by PayPal or your credit card charges their conversion fee/foreign transaction fee.
