Failed transfer

Hello, can anyone tell me why can't withrow money from my account on my credit card?never happened to me so far, also updated my card.Thank you!

I am exactly in the same situation and also from Romania. I inituated a transfer from my wallet to my debit card, it is shown as COMPLETED, but ai haven't received anything on my debit card

I am sorry that we encount this issue..i have used paypal since 2012 and never had problems with it..esp withrowing money, i called the bank also(Raiffeisen)they tould me it's from Paypal..i tried to make an instant transfer and it keeps saying that it has been denied..the only option is to wait until monday to call at paypal..:(i have over 2k€ in my account and i need them..i am worried

My vank is BRD and I checked my account and card online, no transfer is shown I am sure it is from paypal, but I cannot talk to anyone there. Do you have a number we can call?

[removed] this is the number i called 1 hour ago, but it doesnt answear it's only robot..they say it s avaible monday to friday..:l i wonder if we are allowed to change email adresses here..?to talk more with you

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues withdrawing your funds. I know this must be frustrating. For PayPal accounts registered in Serbia, you can withdraw to a Visa card or a US bank account. 

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with our internal secuirty system when trying to withdraw your funds. I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
