Failed top-up in Ding (Philippines)

Failed top-up in Ding it was deducted to my UnionBank PH, I received automatic paypal email says it was refunded but upon checking it is not yet credited to my atm its been 1 week yet no update.

I'm so sorry to hear about this situation and definitely understand why this would be cause for concern.

 

If you received an email stating that the Top-Up payment was refunded by the merchant (Ding), then the refund will go back to the original method of payment. Since it sounds like there was a refund rather than a denied transaction, this may take the standard 3 - 5 business days to appear.
