So i kinda have a few extra money in my paypal acc. So i decided to reload my cellphone by using one of those international topup app since most of the app in my country doesnt use paypal as a payment method. So i proceed to buy the reload then the payment failed. it stated that my accound is limited? any idea on hoe to fix this??? Ps. this is my first time using Paypal so im kinda in a blank rn
