Why am I getting an error code and what does it mean how else can I cash this check online?

Please take a look at this article about the Cash a Check feature. If it does not solve your question, try clearing the cache in your PayPal application. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem continues to persist, you can reach out to Customer Service for a little more troubleshooting and assistance.
