Error in Fund Transfer to Linked Bank Account

Hi. I cannot transfer our Paypal balance to our linked bank account for two days now. Error appearing is as follow:

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues transferring your funds out of PayPal. I can understand how troublesome this must be. Have you made sure your bank or card you would like transfer to is confirmed? If not, I'd start here:

How do I confirm my credit or debit card with PayPal?
