Error code 400 received

I received this message while trying to make a payment Http response code 400 when accessing https://api.paypal.com/v1/payments/payment.

In this case, please clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. If you are attempting on PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue.
