I made the payment to an old iban number. The bank wants a detailed document to review the transaction and return the money back to me. The documents they want are:
1. Your name as the sender
2. Date of payment
3. Amount and currency of the transaction
4. Sender's bank details
5. Recipient bank details
Does PayPal will give me them?
