Does Microsoft store work with pay in 4

Does the Microsoft store not work with pay in 4. I bought a new game yesterday and was going to use the pay in 4 method. I clicked payment method the pay pay thing popped up but unlike usually when you sigh in and it gives you payment options this time it straight up just bought the game. is there anyway to rectify this or am I stuck with what I got.

I am sorry to know that you're not getting an option of Pay in 4. Pay in 3 may not be available for certain merchants. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 3 as an option based on our internal checks. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to the transaction made on the account.
