Direct deposit not received

Hi,

 

I was supposed to receive a direct deposit two days ago (I have documentation and a fedwire wire ID that should both indicate that it was received) into my PayPal Cash Plus account.

 

PayPal does not show any record of that direct deposit. PayPal support was unable to provide any help besides to start some sort of investigation. However, I don't know how to follow that investigation, let alone know if it actually ever got started. I'm just totally lost and have no idea as to whether or not I'll ever receive my money.

 

What can I do?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting to receive the funds from a recent direct deposit. It sounds like you've taken the appropriate steps in contacting our Customer Support team for this to be further investigated. As soon as an update becomes available, you should be notified via the primary email address registered to the account.
