Did not receive "Accept the money" email

i received some amount, PayPal asks me "Check your email ***** and tap Accept the money to claim it" but i don't receive any email, what should i do next? I'm sure the sender entered my email correctly and my Spam folder is empty

Have you confirmed your email address and verified your account?

Also were the funds sent to you in a currency you can accept on your paypal account?

@kernowlass  I've verified the email, but haven't linked the card to the account yet. Currency is USD

@lenhatquang001, welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving fund via PayPal. Where did you receive the notification to check your email to accept the payment? If the notification was in your PayPal account, you may want to try linking and confirming a card first and/or checking your Payment Receive Preferences for any settings that need attention to receive that payment.

 

If the notification was outside of PayPal, you may want to double check the notification was actually from PayPal. Here's How to spot a phishing, fake, or fraudulent email or site. 

 

You may also want to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further clarification.
