I understand you have sent a payment to someone and they were told by PayPal that this will take over 2 months to process. This sounds very odd, unless there is an issue with the payment, it should not take that long to process. An echeck generally takes the longest to process and this can take 5-10 business days.
It sounds like the person who received the payment could have a limitation or hold of some sort which means they cannot access their funds right now. If this is the case, they will need to contact our Customer Service team directly and they can do this by selecting 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.
