Have you confirmed the card and used it before?

Is it a U.S physical card and not a virtual/digital one?

Are the funds in your balance in the same currency as the card?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Hi @Tony2023

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues transferring funds as well. PayPal's functionality varies from country to country. For Georgia, you may have the option to transfer funds out of PayPal to a US bank or a card if available.

I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.

Good luck with this and future transfers,

There is no "Customer Support." All there is is volunteers who repeat the non-funtional instructions. No help at all. No way to solve issues. You justy have to live with the **bleep** because Paypal sucks.

Because PayPal sucks and does not allow any kind of transfer and there's zero customer service or any way to get any kind of help for anything. You're simply on your own in a crapshoot with your money.

Because Paypal sucks and offers zero customer service. Instead they use community cluelessness repeated non-fucntional instructions and lengthy useless incorrect and false help articles that never address the problem. Try calling on the phone and they can never help you. They just tell you your **bleep** out of luck and free to close your account. That's life in post pandemic America.
