DSW Overdue Hold Resolution

I am having an issue with DSW, they have not processed my order and stated that it would drop off in 3-5 days but it has not, it is not showing up in my Paypal activity log but I can click the email and see it. How do I resolve this issue so that my money is no longer on hold?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction isn't going quite as you had expected. Normally, if you haven't received your item in a timely manner, we'd recommend opening an Item Not Received dispute. Since you don't see it in your PayPal activity, it sounds like the Order is still just an authorization. In this case we recommend continuing to work with the merchant to cancel the authorization and / or issue a refund for the purchase.
