Contact us is broken

I’m trying to contact support because my refunded money still isn’t working; but the bot won’t say: “Do you want me to transfer this conversation to an agent?” (I can’t remember the word but a real person.) it’s just blank after that. Nothing happens. It’s been like this since last night. It doesn’t even say “sorry no one is available.”

Not sure what you mean by refund isn't working but if you don't want our help then these are your options.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
