Closed account unclaimed amount

Hi my wife had a paypal account which is now closed but unfortunately one of his client transferred payment his payment in closed account. so how do she will be able to claim that unclaimed amount

If the account has been actually closed then the payment would show as unclaimed on the senders end, if it remains unclaimed then it would time out 30 days post payment.

BUT you could try opening a paypal account in the same email address as the closed account > verify that email address and see if the funds then show up.

Can i ask seller to go for refund will it create dispute and charges

You can't issue a refund if the payment hasn't been claimed yet !!

whats the process through which i can refund the payment or give the buyer its due money back
