Click on Preapproved Payments in profile.

I have an email from PayPal to go to my profile and click on Preapproved Payments but I can't find it in the profile.

Click on profile (cog icon next to log out) > payments in the pale blue band top of page > pre-approved payments.

Advice is voluntary.
