Checkout via Paypal doesn't work

Hi! I'm trying to pay via Paypal at coolblue.de. I linked both my bank account and credit card to my profile, but I can't use them at the checkout page. "Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase." I tried to add my account on the checkout page one more time, again and again, but it doesn't work. Also, I was unable to contact support, because your answering machine speaks only german.
P.S. I'm just completely shocked by such poor user experience, it's basically 1 out of 10.

Did you confirm the bank account / card after you added it?
