Check cashing error.

I tried to cash a check (within minutes option) and got this error "We're sorry. Your transaction has been cancelled due to inactivity." Which isn't very self explanatory, I thought I messed up so tried again (10 days option this time) and got this error "We're sorry. We cannot accept this check. This check was previously presented for loading. Please try a different check." Am I **bleep** now? I've used both options for cashing similar checks (company issued refund check) in the past with no issues.

Welcome back to the PayPal Forum! Sorry to hear you're running into some issues depositing a check. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the mobile app? Sometimes that does the trick. I was able to dig up this Help Center article, but it sounds like it may be something our Support Teams may want to lend a hand with. You can reach them by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
