Hi, I live in the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada and I would like to deposit cash to my PayPal account by generating a barcode which I keep reading about but can't get to work. Can you help?

I'm sorry to hear of the confusion regarding QR codes. QR codes are available to sellers in some countries to allow other people to pay them, but not for adding your own funds to your account. You can learn more on this linked page.
