I tried to buy an item in eBay using my visa card through PayPal. I successfully purchased first item. And then I tried to buy another item. Now it's showing "This card can't be used for this transaction" in PayPal checkout page. Why I can't purchase? Why this message showing?

I would recommend you try sending the payment with any other funding source and if the issue still persists, then the only option is to try again at a later date.
