Cant file a request on a pending purchase

I just bought something and it went through twice, its currently pending but when I try to report a problem in the resolution centre about it this text pops up ''Unable to complete your request. We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details.''
Any help would be massively appreciated, thank you have a have a good day

Thanks for visiting the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear that you had a duplicate payment. It sounds like your transaction is a pending order. You can learn more about pending orders on our Help Center: Why is the order status pending? We are unable to file a dispute on a pending order because it's not a completed payment. However, it should automatically void after 30 days if the merchant doesn't complete the transaction. In the meantime, I recommend contacting the merchant and requesting them to cancel the second payment.
