Cannot make payment to thailand

I can’t send money to Thailand Paypal accounts. It says “this payment can’t be completed due to regulations”. Can anyone help? I really need to make this payment urgently. Thank you so muchh

I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but there are some transactions PayPal is not able to process due to our compliance obligations. As @kernowlass mentioned, PayPal's re-launch in Thailand is based on complying with very strict and complicated laws and regulations, and that has impacted our ability to process all payments as we would like.

@redheadbelinda there may be other factors at work in your situation, but I can't say for sure without additional information. If you're seeing the same error message @Prer mentioned, there would be nothing more PayPal could do to make a payment go through. If there is an issue with your PayPal account (such as a limitation), it will be necessary for you to complete any steps in the Resolution Center in order to have all account functions restored.
