Hello, @ivan-yanev1234 and @Evanson-9. I understand how it would pose a concern to be told a payment can't be sent. In general, all of the questions @kernowlass mentioned are good places to start. If you don't have a confirmed payment method linked to your PayPal account, that would be a good place to start (https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq826).'

Other good places to check include the Resolution Center (https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq3327) and Message Center (https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq3037) to see if there's a request for information from PayPal. Requests must be completed before a payment can be sent.

If you still can't send a payment after checking those things, you may need to work directly with Customer Service. If needed, please log on to your PayPal account, click Contact at the bottom of any page and then select the topic that best fits your concern to see options to communicate securely with Customer Service.

You may also send a Private Message via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/paypal) or you may send a Twitter Direct Message to @AskPayPal. Please note, Facebook and Twitter are not secure channels and assistance it limited to providing information and guidance.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Sincerely,

Michael
