I have been trying to add money to my Paypal account using a linked debit card for over a month without success. My bank (Wells Fargo in the United States) says that the issue is not on their end. When I try to report the problem to Paypal by specifying the transaction in error Paypal says that there is an error on their end and that I should try to report the problem again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
