Can't make payment to my own accounts

Can't make payment from my wallet to my own accounts, either card (a romanian one) or bank account (Revolut for international transfers) The error message is: "There's a problem. Right now we're not able to complete your transaction". Location Romania, Europe. Chrome browser used. Could you please help me with that? Many thanks!

I do understand your concern with this. PayPal accounts registered in Romania can withdraw to a Visa card or US bank account.
