HelIo. I see a $70 payment on my bank statement that says "Historical[removed]NE" and I have no idea what that is. I can't raise anyone from Paypal to help me with that. Does someone here have any suggestions?
The number after the word “Historical” is a PayPal customer service number, and it appears when the merchant you've paid uses PayPal as their card processor. You can call that number to speak with PayPal or report the transaction to your bank as unauthorized-don’t recognize.
I appreciate your quick reply! I tried calling PayPal & all I get is a series of automated messages that eventually tell me to go online. Same thing happens when I get their chat/messaging service.
