My bank account is enabled for international transactions. I made transactions in the past but as of yesterday, the transaction from PayPal fails with following error "To use this card, enable it for international transactions or choose another card" .
I have unlinked the card and re-added. Disabled and enabled internal transaction in the Net banking feature of my account. but issue remains the same.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues making a payment with your card. Is this payment going to be an automatic payment / subscription?
