Can not send payments

Hi, is PayPal having a down system now? I can not process sending of payments, it keeps on saying error, error

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some road-blocks making a payment. I found a Help Center article you may find useful here: Why was my payment declined?
 

If you're still unable to make payments after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
