Can not find transaction after confirming payment through email

I sold something through another website, once that website sent an email through paypal to "confirm" payment had me log in and paypal gave me a green check mark saying funds should be available but the balance has stayed 0 for few days and can not find the transaction anywhere in my paypal settings
