Can I withdraw money from my account when I am not linked to any bank or credit card?

Hi there. Is it possible to withdraw from paypal if I don't have any credit cards or a bank account linked to my paypal account? I don't have an existing bank account or credit card, but I'd like to use paypal to receive money from my clients. How can I do this? Thanks.
