Buy GooglePlay apps with PayPal linked bank account

I want to buy an item from an online shopping website and pay for that item with my paypal account.

Can I pay with my bank account which is linked to my paypal?

When clicking "Pay with PayPal" I am proceeded to the "add credit card" webpage of paypal.

But I prefer to pay via my bank account which is linked to my PayPal account.

Is that possible?

No. Thats not possible. If you linking a bank, they don't know what card to use,

All right. If I choose my preferred payment method as "PayPal balance", then PayPal is going to take money from my bank to recover the money I am now "in debt" of?

@Iles8  No, If there`s missing money then PayPal will say its declined
