Bill Pay Setup Error Message

I tried to pay a bill though "Pay Bill". I could locate the payee, but when I tried to add my account number associated with this payee, it always gave me error message saying "The account number you entered does not match our records". I am pretty sure that this payee accepts Paypal Bill-pay. What might be other cause for this error? Thanks!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. This could be due to a number of reasons, for example, the payee may not be set up to receive Bill Pay payments yet.
