Below minimum withdrawal amount?

I have a sufficient amount of money on my account (220 dollar) to withdraw. However, whenever I try to withdraw the funds to my bank it says that I am below the minimum amount. I have tried withdrawing smaller amounts before and not had this issue.

Withdrawals to bank accounts have to be in local currency.

I tried with my local currency as well but it had the same message presented to me

Any other ideas what could cause this?
