Balance zero

I have revived a payment from a buyer and I got the confirmation email and it said that the balance was pending for 21 days but now when I log in it says my PayPal balance is $0.00 and don’t say anything about pending payments

If it was pending and not on hold then it sounds like an echeque?

Was there a clearance date?
