Awaiting a refund money from Paypal

Paypal has advised me that on 29/9/22 money has been refunded back into my credit card account because of a cancellation. I am still awaiting the transferred money, I have checked with my visa card that has not received the money from Paypal. Do you know how long will it take the transfer? My credit card is valid as I'm still using it to purchase other goods. Thank.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Twitter or Facebook. 

I cannot understand why is it so complicated. on 269/9/22 Paypal apparently refunded the money back to my Visa account. I have not received nor Visa.

Is it too hard for Paypal to check whether the refunded amount has been withdrawn? if yes, by whom?

ps. I did message Paypal (Paypal App) but received an automatic reply informing the refund on 29/9/22.
