An incoming payment is on hold, but I get a technical issue error.

I went to the "Get Your Money Sooner" option on an incoming invoice payment that is on hold and went to input that it is a digital good, but when I try to click on the completion date I get a "we are experiencing technical difficulties" error. Is there an issue on the website's end?

Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I would advise trying an alternative web-browser and/or clearing your cache and cookies before trying this again.
As long as there are no problems with the transactions, you’ll have the money within 21 days or less.
If your item doesn’t need to be shipped (e-book, piano lesson, etc), mark the order as processed and provide details. Your money will be available within 21 days after you mark the order as processed.
Here’s how to add your tracking information or change the order status:
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
- Find the transaction you would like to update, then click on the dropdown list in the 'Actions' column next to it.
- Click Get your money in the dropdown list.
- If you sold a product, select Product and add tracking information or print shipping label directly.
- If you sold an intangible item or service, select Service or Virtual Product.
- Click Submit.
Once you click 'Submit', the buyer receives an email notifying them that you entered the shipment tracking information for this transaction (if applicable). The email includes the tracking number, order status, and shipping company.
Your money will be released 1 day after we confirm that your item was delivered or 7 days after you mark order as Completed if shipping is not applicable.
