I use my Amex to make payment via paypal and I never had any problem with it. But suddenly today when I trying to make the payment it is not letting me use the AMEX option on the payment. This is an error or did paypal stopped letting us using AMEX to make payment?
This is very annoying and problematic.
Can someone help or do I have to contact the paypal company regarding this issue?
Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use your Amex card on your PayPal account. If the payments are going through other funding sources, but not through Amex card, please check with your card issuer if they are blocking the payment. Other possible reason could be that the payment might have been stopped by PayPal's internal security system and you may try after few days or try a different funding source.
