A topic we see a lot of discussion about in the Community is a process called Funds Availability. You may have heard about this under a different name, such as 21 day holds, payment holds, account holds, seller holds, or eBay funds availability. They all refer back to the same process, which I'll refer to as Payment Holds from here on out. What are payment holds? Why does PayPal and eBay do this? What can I do about payment holds?
