Hey everyone,
My name is Autumn and I've had a very wonderful experience with a PayPal customer service rep in the security department. I'm wondering if I am in the right area for posting a positive review about him. In all honesty, I have to say that this Community's layout is very confusing. Nothing seems real clear or concrete as to where to go and how to execute simple tasks such as leaving a positive review in the proper place. Also, I can not go into the "Ask a question" section because I have not built up enough "points". VERY STRANGE and very stupid! Anyhow, I'd like to leave a very positive review for a PayPal employee and don't know where to do it! I have both his name and identification number that I would like to use in the review! Can anyone help me with this?
