Zoom money not received but recipients bank but said transaction complete

Hi i need help I've used zoomfor years and never had a problem but 2 of my recent transactions said the were complete but the revving bank did not get the money I called customer service and send the statements showing it was not received how do I get my money deposited or refunded Thanks
