Keep in mind that buyer protection coverage has it's limitations. If you received the item and it is a fake, then you can dispute as Significantly Not as Described with third party authorized dealer or manufacturer documentation that it is fake. PayPal may or may not have you return item for a refund.
PayPal has a return shipping refund program (register your account before filing dispute for your return to be eligible):

Right now, since you have not received item yet, you can file Item not received. These kinds of sellers are not going to cancel order. You'll have dispute them for it. They want and know how to play the game. Its a challenge for them.
Here's how to open a dispute:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select the reason for your dispute and click Continue.
At some point, you might want to change your claim to Significantly Not as Described:
If all this fails or the outcome is not to your liking, you can dispute via your credit card if that's how you paid.
