I would like to see a "Notes" tool added to the PayPal Dashboard, or wherever. No fancy features are needed, just a plain boring Notepad would suffice and I'm curious to find out if other PayPal users thought that they too would occasionally use ""PayPal Notes"" for keeping track of certain things that are specific to your PayPal account in general??
