Facebook Ads and PayPal payment method error

I have a problem trying to configure PayPal as a method of payment in Facebook Ads.

Amount You Owe: $25.25 USD

We were unable to charge your ad account using PayPal account  Please add a new payment method or visit PayPal to fix this issue and try charging it again.

"

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!

I’m very sorry to hear about this.  

In general when you wish to create a billing agreement with Facebook, you will need to add and verify a debit or credit card on your PayPal account. Once that step is completed and you have funds in your card balance you should have no problems with the payments to Facebook.
