Cancelled payment info

Hi, I need to understand current situation, for one of my users I have his transactions activity list here:

And all trascations have "Completed" status.
But in payment details I can see that status is "Cancelled"

Can you please describe this situation?
I also need to understand the reason, why the status is "Cancelled", maybe he have failed transaction or something like that.
