I have recently added a bank account but the name on the bank account is different to mym PayPal account name but it automatically chose the same name.
i can't find a way to change it, also I transferred money to that newly added account not realising about the name and it hasn't going into my account yet...have I lost it?

On PayPal you should only add a bank account in your own name. This is why the name on your account is automatically used when you add the bank. If this bank is not in your name I would recommend removing it from your PayPal account. You will find that option in the Wallet section of your account.
